Intézményünk először 1963-tól 1964-ig tartott vezetőségi üléseket. Csak ezeknek a jegyzőkönyvei maradtak fenn. A rektori tanács 1970 szeptemberétől ült össze rendszeresen, de az 1971 márciusa és 1973 márciusa közötti ülések jegyzőkönyvei nem kerültek elő. A későbbi évek anyaga hiánytalan.
