A Park létrehozásával a kormány az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetemet és a Budapesti Műszaki Egyetemet bízta meg. Az e célból létrejött InfoPark Rt. és InfoPark Alapítvány iratait tartalmazza az állag.
